Blending elegant blooms and artistry! Join us for a hand-on cake decorating class to create this enchanting floral cake. You’ll start by learning how to make silky Italian meringue. Next, we’ll dive into how to color buttercream, stack, fill and frost a cake evenly and apply a smooth frosting finish. You’ll practice piping a variety of anemones and hanging amaranthus to top your creation. You will get to take home the piping tips (to hopefully continue practicing!) and receive an electronic guide for the buttercream recipe and flower piping. Open to ages 12+. All supplies, light snacks and drinks will be provided.
