I’ve always had a passion for cake decorating which to me is an art form, mainly through the use of buttercream flowers to transform plain cakes into visual and edible art. It is amazing that cakes and sugar can be transformed to mark any special occasion.

I gladly welcome your inspirations to create something unique and memorable for an event. I also offer semi private, small group classes to share my cake decorating techniques and available to all levels of experience.
